At Bhanudri – Nature That Inspires, we strive to provide quality fragrance products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

1. Return Eligibility

Return or replacement requests may be considered in the following situations:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive a defective product.
You receive an item different from the one ordered.
Your order is incomplete or an item is missing.

All requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the order and applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Products That Cannot Normally Be Returned

For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, used, opened or tampered fragrance products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

This restriction does not affect your legal rights regarding damaged, defective, incorrect or misrepresented products, or any other remedy available under applicable law.

3. Return Request Timeframe

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order.

Share your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs or an unboxing video, if available. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

This reporting timeframe does not remove any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.

4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To request assistance, follow these steps:

Provide your order number and registered contact details.
Explain the issue and share relevant photographs or other available evidence.
Wait for our team to review your request and provide return or replacement instructions, where applicable.

Please do not send products back before receiving instructions from our support team.

5. Refund Policy

A refund may be provided when a return or other refund request is approved, or when a refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method wherever possible.
If the original payment method cannot be used, an alternative lawful refund method may be arranged with you.
Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.
Any applicable refund amount and process will be communicated to the customer.

6. Replacement Policy

Where a replacement is approved, it will be arranged subject to product availability and applicable law.

If a replacement is unavailable, we will discuss an appropriate alternative or refund, as applicable.

7. Shipping Charges for Returns

If the return is due to a confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue and handle applicable return shipping costs in accordance with our policy and applicable law.

For other return requests, any applicable shipping charges will be communicated before the return is arranged, subject to your legal rights.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before it is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible through the usual process. Any eligible cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

9. Refunds for Undelivered Orders
