At Bhanudri – Nature That Inspires, we aim to deliver your favourite fragrances with care and attention. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment verification, where applicable.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may vary during sales, festive seasons or periods of high order volume.

You will be notified of any significant processing delays where possible.

2. Shipping and Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on the destination, courier service and other operational factors.

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch for most serviceable locations in India.
Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If free shipping is offered on eligible orders, the applicable minimum order value and conditions will be mentioned on the website or during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared where available.

You can use the tracking information to check the progress of your shipment. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, phone number and other delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or failed delivery attempts. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your details before dispatch.

6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

Although we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier operations, public holidays, remote delivery locations or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.

7. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, missing or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs or other relevant evidence, where available.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Failed Delivery and Returned Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or other delivery issues, the courier may return it to us.

Please contact our support team if your shipment is returned or delivery is unsuccessful. Any reshipping, cancellation or refund will be handled according to the circumstances, our applicable policies and the law.
